Program terms

Mitra Ascent is the client rewards program operated by Mitra Markets ("we", "us"). Members earn Mitra Points (MP) for qualifying activity and Tier Credits (TC) that determine their tier. Membership is free and available to verified live account holders aged 18 or over in jurisdictions where our services are offered.

Participation in the program is subject to these terms, our client agreement, and our privacy policy. By opting in to Mitra Ascent you agree to be bound by these terms.

Points are earned on closed lots in eligible products (forex and gold (XAUUSD)), at the rate for your current tier: Bronze 40 MP per lot, Silver 50 MP per lot, Gold 60 MP per lot, Platinum 80 MP per lot, Mitra VIP 100 MP per lot. Points are credited after the qualifying trade is closed and settled.

Additional points may be earned through weekly streaks, qualifying net deposits, referrals, onboarding milestones, loyalty bonuses and approved tasks, as described on the program page. Promotional earning rates may be offered from time to time and will be governed by the terms of the relevant promotion.

Points have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be sold, exchanged or combined across members.

Tier status is determined by Tier Credits accumulated within a rolling 90-day qualification window. Tier thresholds are: Bronze 0, Silver 30, Gold 150, Platinum 600, Mitra VIP 1,500 or invite.

Tier upgrades take effect as soon as the qualifying threshold is reached. If your Tier Credits fall below your tier's threshold at the end of a qualification window, your tier will be adjusted accordingly. Mitra VIP status may also be granted by invitation at our discretion.

Tier benefits (such as priority withdrawals, VPS access, spread or swap discounts and dedicated account management) are provided subject to availability and the terms of the underlying service.

Points may be redeemed for the rewards listed on the program page, including trade credit, account balance credit, Visa gift cards and other rewards. Minimum redemption amounts apply: 1,000 MP for trade credit and 2,500 MP for balance credit and gift cards.

Trade credit is trading credit applied to your account and is not withdrawable as cash; profits generated from trade credit may be withdrawn in accordance with our client agreement. Balance credit and gift cards are subject to verification and processing times.

We may substitute a reward of equivalent value if a listed reward becomes unavailable. Rewards once redeemed cannot be reversed except in the case of error.

Points expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed. Tier Credits expire at the end of each rolling qualification window.

If your trading account is closed, suspended or becomes dormant, any unredeemed points and Tier Credits are forfeited. Points are also forfeited if your membership is terminated for breach of these terms.

The program is intended for genuine trading activity. We reserve the right to withhold, reverse or forfeit points, Tier Credits and rewards, and to suspend or terminate membership, where we reasonably suspect abuse, including but not limited to: churning, hedging across accounts, arbitrage strategies designed to farm points, bonus abuse, self-referral, fictitious accounts, or any manipulation of the program.

Decisions regarding suspected abuse are made at our reasonable discretion and are final, subject to your statutory rights.

We may amend these terms, earning rates, tier thresholds, rewards and minimums at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the client portal with reasonable advance notice. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or withdraw the program entirely at any time. Where we do so, members will be given a reasonable period to redeem existing points, except where termination results from a member's breach.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitra Markets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the program, and our total liability in connection with the program is limited to the value of the points or rewards concerned.

Rewards are not financial products and do not constitute financial advice. Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors; the program does not alter the risks of trading.

Participation requires us to process personal information about your trading activity, deposits and referrals in order to operate the program. This information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

If you participate in the referral program, you confirm that you have the consent of any person you refer before sharing their details with us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your client agreement with Mitra Markets, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your statutory rights.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
